Downtown St Johns is managed by  the City of St Johns and two subcommittee boards.  The first board is the Principal Shopping District and the second is the Downtown Development Authority.  Both boards are comprised of the same members and can be viewed under "Board of Directors"

Downtown St Johns Michigan is managed and promoted by the Principal Shopping District(PSD) and the Downtown Development Authority(DDA).  It is our goal to promote and highlight the many benefits of Downtown St Johns.
