Twice a year the DDA also has an informational meeting for all members of the public.  It will be held before the regular board meetings.  The PSD board meets once on month on the first Wednesday of the month at the PSD office starting at 11:30am.  The DDA board is comprised of the same members and the meeting is immediately following the PSD meeting.  This meeting is open to the public.
